WHAT TO EAT IN TENERIFE?
Some of Tenerife's typical dishes are papas arrugadas with the typical Canarian mojo sauce, ropa vieja which is a slow cooked meat dish, puchero, a typical Canarian stew,, grilled cheese, bienmesabe and gofio (a type of flour flour made from flour). All of them represent the rich culinary tradition of the island, noted for their intense flavours and the use of fresh local ingredients.

You can visit the Avenida de Colón in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Golden Mile in Costa Adeje, which are perfect for luxury national and international brands. There are also several luxury shopping centres, such as the Safari and Plaza del Duque, which offer a variety of exclusive shops.
